OUR VISION
Trinity Christian School seeks to develop young people with the spiritual
and academic foundation to obey God’s will for
their lives and to walk in a manner worthy of their calling.
OUR MISSION
Trinity Christian School exists to glorify God by leading children to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, modeling and instilling Christ-like character, imparting Biblical truths, providing challenging educational instruction and encouraging students to become Christian leaders with servant’s hearts for future generations.
OUR HISTORY
Trinity Christian School was established in 1974 by the Trinity Baptist Church through the leadership of Dr. Virgil Lovett. This step was taken because of Dr. Lovett's strong conviction of the acute need for Christian education.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Trinity Christian School’s philosophy is to instill the highest standards of academic achievement where there is no mediocrity in Christian education, but superiority in excellence, to address a glaring void in society that deletes all reference to God, creation and divine purpose for the human experience, and to disciple a Christian heart in our students today to produce Christian leaders of tomorrow.
OUR ACCREDITATION
Trinity Christian School is a non-denominational school and a ministry of Trinity Baptist Church. Trinity Christian School is fully accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Cognia.
OUR VOLUNTEERS
Trinity Christian School is always looking for volunteers to help in the classrooms, library, cafeteria, fundraising activities, teacher appreciation, and student events. We have a Parent Support Group for the Early Childhood Education and the Elementary/Middle/High School areas. We encourage parents to be involved in the Parent Support Group or whereever they are comfortable.
Since all children are created in the image of God, Trinity Christian School, a ministry of Trinity Baptist Church, admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the organization. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of hiring policies, educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other organization-administered programs.
Our complete Statement of Faith is found in the Baptist Faith and Message (2000 edition) through Lifeway Church Resources, Nashville, TN
